The AF TABLET is FUD’s anti-fingerprint coating material. It is a tablet product filled with coating solution that forms a water- and oil-repellent anti-fingerprint coating layer on the surfaces of mobile phones, computers, automotive glass and optical/camera lenses via vacuum (PVD) deposition. The anti-fingerprint coating reduces surface contamination and smudges, improving product durability and visibility.

AF TABLET

  • The coating tablet is supplied as a type in which AF coating solution is impregnated into steel wool.
  • Mainly used in PVD dry-process coating equipment; customized AF coating tablets can be produced to match each customer’s performance requirements and equipment conditions.
  • Tablet sizes and packaging units are tailored to the manufacturing equipment, dramatically improving handling convenience.
