DH-HyTi is a highly active hybrid Ti catalyst applied to the polymerization of various polyester resins such as PET, PETG, PBT and PBS. It is an eco-friendly alternative to conventional heavy-metal catalysts such as antimony trioxide (Sb₂O₃).

  • High activity at low dosage: excellent polymerization performance with only a small addition (10 ppm)
  • Outstanding dispersibility: excellent mixing stability in ethylene glycol (EG) and polyester processes
  • Production of high-clarity, high-gloss resins: bright, transparent PET products (b value 2, L value 89)
  • Improved moisture resistance and process stability: minimizes catalyst decomposition by moisture and maintains quality during long operation
  • Compatible with existing Sb-based catalysts: application flexibility and easy step-by-step transition
